The Resident Action Project is a statewide network in Washington led by people who have experienced housing injustice. Together, we are building power to change state policy through storytelling, organizing, and civic action. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a devasting impact on what was already a housing crisis. During this legislative session we are asking for significant investments in affordable homes and to increase shelter capacity, statewide tenant protections against discriminatory and arbitrary evictions, an increase in resources to prevent and end homelessness, and we want to pass progressive revenue to prevent cuts to safety-nets and human services programs. We want to hear your story!
